Personal Trainer
Are you a dedicated fitness professional passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals? We are seeking skilled and motivated Personal Trainers to join our client's team in their luxury space in Kensington either on a part-time or full-time basis.
We are looking for Personal Trainers who can guide and motivate members on their unique health and wellness journey, by building rapport and maintaining strong relationships that support lasting transformations in fitness and overall lifestyle. As a Personal Trainer, you will create customised fitness programs that inspire members to achieve their goals, assisting with both their physical fitness and mental well-being through exercise and recovery techniques.

The Basics:
● Salary : £27k + additional pay for sessions completed on top of regular hours.
● Working Hours : Full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time opportunities available. Must have flexible availability as weekday opening hours are 6am-9pm and weekend opening hours are 7am-6pm.
● Leave : 20 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).
● Reporting to : PT Lead, Sales & Operations Manager & MD.
Responsibilities:
- Client Assessment & Goal Setting : Perform detailed fitness and body composition assessments, collaborate with clients to set goals, and design personalised fitness and recovery plans.
- Coaching & Program Delivery : Lead tailored one-on-one sessions, providing expert instruction, motivation, and safe exercise techniques.
- Progress Tracking & Adaptation : Regularly monitor client progress, review goals, and adjust programs to ensure ongoing development.
- Education & Wellness Guidance : Advise clients on exercise, recovery, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits to support sustainable well-being.
- Client Engagement & Support : Build strong, motivating relationships and provide encouragement and accountability beyond sessions through various channels.
- Innovation & Professional Development : Incorporate innovative training methods and stay current with industry trends to enhance client outcomes.
- Administration & Communication : Maintain accurate client records, communicate professionally, and promote personal training services both in-club and online.
- Role Modeling : Demonstrate a commitment to personal health, fitness, and wellness to inspire clients.
The Person:
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Nationally recognised Personal Training certification (Level 3 or above).
- Additional qualifications (eg Reformer, Kettlebells) are preferred.
- 2+ years experience coaching.
- First Aid certification from a reputable organisation.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, proper technique, and nutrition.
- Awareness and understanding of safeguarding practices and policies.
Professional Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience designing and delivering effective, personalised fitness and recovery programs for clients of varying fitness levels and goals.
- Ability to create and implement tailored coaching strategies that align with individual needs and objectives.
- Skilled in tracking client progress, managing session scheduling, and completing administrative tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrates flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends based on client availability.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing with a professional, client-focused attitude.
