Temporary EA role for Private Equity Firm
We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Temporary Executive Assistant to provide first-class support on a short-term, flexible basis. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in finance or private equity who is seeking ad hoc work alongside other projects or commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide seamless diary management across multiple time zones
Coordinate complex international travel arrangements and itineraries
Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients
Manage fast-changing schedules with accuracy and discretion
Deliver high-level administrative and organisational support
Ensure client-facing interactions reflect the highest level of professionalism
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within finance or private equity
Comfortable working flexibly and independently with minimal direction
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing international travel and diary complexities
Professional, discreet, and able to represent senior executives externally
