About the Role

As our VIP Membership Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a world-class membership experience within one of the most iconic sporting venues in the world. Based in London, you’ll help bring to life a groundbreaking VIP environment that redefines premium hospitality and guest engagement. You’ll oversee the mobilisation, administration, and day-to-day management of exclusive memberships, ensuring every interaction reflects precision, excellence, and Legends’ best-in-class standards.

Working within a fast-paced, collaborative team, you’ll shape operational processes, nurture long-term member relationships, and coordinate seamless delivery across all touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing VIP membership administration: Oversee bookings, tickets, communications, post-sale service, and financial reporting for contracted and ad hoc guests, ensuring processes are timely, accurate, and aligned with Legends Global standards.
  • Enhancing the guest experience: Shape and deliver a concierge-style service, creating joy and engagement through events, regular feedback, and proactive solutions that extend beyond event days.
  • Client relationship and retention: Respond promptly to enquiries, maintain strong membership relationships, and support member satisfaction and loyalty across London and the UK.
  • Supporting sales and operational teams: Assist the sales team with prospecting, meetings, CRM management, pipeline tracking, and execution of growth initiatives while collaborating across wider team functions.
  • Event presence and communication: Attend promotional and event days, communicate effectively internally and externally, and be hands-on in planning and delivering an exceptional VIP experience (including approx. 28 weekends/event days per year).


You will have:

  • Strong administrative and account management skills: Ability to manage VIP memberships and utilize CRM and event systems to ensure seamless operational support.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities: Confidently engage with internal teams, members, and stakeholders, both written and verbally, to deliver a world-class experience.
  • Exceptional organization and planning: Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks, events, and processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset: Skilled at identifying challenges and implementing solutions that enhance the guest experience and team performance.
  • Collaborative, team-first approach: Work effectively across departments with a positive, professional, and optimistic attitude.
