Our Fast Track Programme is designed for individuals who thrive on building relationships, creating opportunities, and turning potential into performance. You’ll be trained and mentored by experienced consultants to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant , specialising in the high-demand world of ERP technology - Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft.

From day one, you’ll be connecting with U.S. based clients and candidates, gaining real commercial exposure and learning how to build a successful recruitment desk from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing your own client relationships through high-quality outreach
• Building candidate networks and matching talent to opportunity
• Managing recruitment cycles from initial brief to offer
• Learning sales psychology, market insights, and industry specialisms
• Collaborating with your team to create value and deliver results
• Receiving ongoing coaching, support, and structured development

What success looks like

• Building a revenue-generating desk within your first 12 months
• Earning consistent commission and gaining trust from clients
• Progressing to Senior Consultant or Team Lead within 18 to 24 months
