SEN Support Role - New Specialist School, Croydon

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting students across a range of ages and pathways, from early years to post-16
- Helping learners with autism and additional needs develop communication, independence and confidence
- Working with teachers, therapists and families to create consistent, meaningful progress
- Bringing creativity and patience into lessons, therapy sessions and enrichment activities
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, or a strong desire to learn
- A calm, adaptable approach with genuine empathy for students with autism and complex needs
- Team players who can build trust, encouragement and positivity into each day
- Commitment to long-term work, making a real difference over time
