We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our Internal Talent Acquisition Team.

This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience in recruitment and HR, supporting our efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent into our own growing business – with a focus on both the IK and US (Austin) markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
• Supporting candidate engagement through LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
• Coordinating with hiring managers across departments to understand talent needs
• Supporting recruitment efforts across both the UK and US markets
• Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking systems
• Helping to enhance the candidate experience and promote our employer brand

What We’re Looking For

• Currently studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Passion for recruitment, people, and talent development
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator – both written and verbal
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
