Senior Furniture Consultant
Develop detailed furniture specifications that align with client needs and design concepts.
Present proposals and specifications to clients and design teams.
Stay up to date with the latest furniture products and trends to offer innovative solutions.
Manage the full procurement process: from cost plans and quotations to order placement and delivery scheduling.
Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to secure the best products and pricing.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring all documentation and schedules are accurate and up to date.
Provide aftercare and account management for repeat and additional orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies on quality, environment, and health & safety. What We're Looking For Proven experience in furniture sales, consultancy, or a related field (commercial interiors, fit out, or design & build preferred).
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
