Digital Marketing Executive

Hush is a fast-growing company, and we are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to expand on the in-house marketing powerhouse that we are building. This role will cover all things Programmatic and Affiliates, including, but not limited to, display, YouTube, VOD, Podcasts, publisher management, and card-linked offers.

This is an exciting time to join the team as we plan to expand our awareness activity, and this role is designed to have the freedom to test new tactics and build upon our recent acquisition success.

What you’ll do

Campaign Management:

• Launch and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Support affiliate marketing operations, partnerships, and offer strategy
• Contribute to paid social execution for holistic channel synergy

Performance Reporting:

• Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate platforms
• Provide reports packed with actionable insights

Optimisation & Testing:

• Conduct A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Drive continuous improvements in ROAS and campaign efficiency

Budget Management:

• Assist in budget allocation across paid and affiliate channels
• Ensure spend remains aligned with goals and seasonal dynamics

What you’ll bring:

• Degree or experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
• Strong hands-on experience in paid search and affiliate marketing
• Organised multitasker with top-tier project management skills
• Meticulous communicator with excellent written/verbal proficiency
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and affiliate tools
• Passion for fashion and insight into DTC retail trends a plus
