Introduction
We’re recruiting a temporary Chef de Partie for a prestigious multi-Rosette restaurant in Central London. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing kitchen team and contribute to exceptional dining experiences. The pay rate is £16.25 per hour. Starting asap and ongoing around 45 hours per week.
The role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for a section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes to the restaurant’s exacting standards. You’ll work closely with the wider brigade to support smooth, consistent service in a busy restaurant environment.
Your responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Manage your section during service and keep it organized and well stocked
Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service
Help maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
What we’re looking for
Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
Confidence working in a high-standard, fast-paced restaurant kitchen
Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
Availability for temporary shifts in Central London
Pay and shifts
£16.25 per hour. Shifts will be arranged according to the restaurant’s requirements.
