Telesales Assistant
Introducing company services and generating interest in products.
Inputting, organising and maintaining large sets of B2B data.
Booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
Updating CRM systems with call outcomes and lead details.
Building rapport with decision-makers to support long-term relationships.Skills and experience required to be considered for this role: Previous experience in telesales, sales support, or customer service.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
