Personal Assistant to MD
As Personal Assistant, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritising appointments effectively.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Organise and maintain files, documents, and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on key deadlines.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
