Role overview:
esynergy launched our NFP tech consulting practice recently and now support a number of NFP’s realise value from digital and data initiatives. We are seeking a talented individual to build out the practice, lead strategy & execution and turn this into a core pillar of our business and something unrivalled in the industry. You will be responsible for; growth of customers, engagement and growth of communities delivering our work and ultimately measuring the value we deliver.

Responsibilities: 🌟

• Set and execute NFP strategy to support the business deliver value to our customers & create something unique in this space.
• Winning new engagements, penetrating existing accounts, pre-sales, RFP’s, discoveries. Stakeholder management.
• Building and engaging communities who service our customers Creating practices as SME’s.
• Measuring & delivering value. Creating accelerators which support NFP achieve improved efficiencies and donations.
• Become a NFP thought leader for delivering digital and data value.
  

Requirements: ✔️

• Experience delivering complex data and digital projects using Microsoft technologies (Azure, PowerBI, Fabric, AgenticAI).
• Building, leading and running teams, strong stakeholder management and general love of collaborating with diverse groups of people.
• Pre-sales, writing, story telling and the ability to influence people of all levels.
• No specific domain knowledge of the NFP sector but a deep desire to work in this space is required.
• Passion for continuous improvement—staying current with key challenges in the industry and how we build repeatable patterns to address these and deliver meaningful value quickly.
