Project Manager (Reward and Recognition/Incentives)

This is an absolute gem of a role working for one of the best agencies out there. They have a lovely culture where sharing ideas and having a voice is encouraged, regardless of your role. Your career development is really valued here. This role sits in their reward and recognition team and in the main you will be delivering global and UK incentive events. You will work closely with key clients delivering the full project lifecycle from proposal writing to delivery. You will be the go to for slick logistics and creating truly unforgettable moments for your clients. You will take ownership of project delivery including clients communications, timelines, deliverables and budget management.

Experience in managing incentive trips is a must for this role (ideally in an agency environment). The other deal breaker is you must be able to drive and have a car.

Salary is £35,000 - £42,000 DOE and will be based in their London office where you would need to work from 3 days a week with 2 days WFH.
