Key Details

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate + monthly bonus
• Hours: Varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Contract: Full-time, with bi-weekly pay available
• Location: Kingston upon Thames
• Start date: As soon as possible

The Work

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring we meet our high standards
• Lead and develop our crew, scheduling shifts and coaching team members
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise
• Oversee cash handling, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
• Execute shift management meetings and maintain accurate records

What You Need

• GCSEs or equivalent
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Valid right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience with Raising Cane's systems and procedures
• Fluency in additional languages
