Account Manager - Digital Transformation Consultancy
As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Manage the day-to-day relationship of a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Develop account growth plans aligned to client objectives and business strategy.
- Lead client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.
- Oversee delivery across a broad range of services including digital transformation, customer experience, CRM, marketing technology, hosting and support, analytics, and consulting projects.
- Monitor commercial performance, revenue forecasting and account profitability.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
