Network Business Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
- Coordinate project activities and support cross‑functional team collaboration
- Track project progress against established milestones and prepare status updates.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, risks, and issues.
- Support Partner Managers in identifying risks, escalating issues, and proposing mitigation steps.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure follow‑up actions are completed.
- Assist with reporting requirements, including dashboards, summaries, and presentations.
- Support stakeholder communication by preparing materials and responding to inquiries as needed.
- Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
- Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new strategies and initiatives
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager
Qualifications- Proven track of successfully managing and delivering projects, experience in cross border payments is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project) is a plus.
