A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Radfield Home Care Chingford & Loughton as a Care Coordinator and develop a career in care management.
Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Registered Care Manager with the daily operations of our premium home care service, such as managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas and keeping essential records up-to-date
You’re someone who loves working with people, organisation and getting things done. You’ll need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Carrying out assessments for new clients and devising person centred care plans
Regular compliance audits
Handling incoming queries from Clients and care professionals
Creating efficient staff rotas and participating in the on call rota
Assisting with recruitment, interviews & onboarding
Coordination & delivery of staff in person training and e-learning
Supporting with staff appraisals and supervisions
Attending care calls as required
Qualifications / Required Skills & experience
Level 5 Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this
At least 2 years experience within the home care sector
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be flexible around core hours to meet the needs of the client and the team
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
