London | Total Compensation c. £220,000–£320,000

I’m working with an entrepreneurial, growing US practice in London on a rare opportunity for a 3–5 PQE Leveraged Finance associate. This role offers pure sponsor-side work for top-tier private equity clients, including leading names such as KKR and Bain Capital , alongside other major global funds.

Unlike the larger elite US teams, this group is small, highly collegiate and free of internal politics , while still operating at the very top of the market. You’ll work directly with an ex–Magic Circle partner on complex, multi-jurisdictional financings with significant visibility, influence and progression potential.

Ideal profile:
• 3–5 PQE London Leveraged Finance specialist
• Magic Circle or top-tier international training
• In-house candidates welcome if trained at a leading firm
• Someone who values high-end sponsor mandates within a genuinely supportive, entrepreneurial culture
