Creative SEN Support Role - Outstanding Specialist School

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in small, dynamic classes
- Bringing creativity into lessons—whether through art, music, movement or sensory activities
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to adapt learning to individual needs
- Helping students grow in confidence, independence and community involvement
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (or a genuine passion to learn)
- A creative, proactive mindset—ready to think outside the box
- Patience, empathy and a strong team spirit
- Commitment to long-term work, helping students achieve and celebrate their progress

- Hours: Monday to Friday, full school day
- Location: Mitcham, Surrey

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
