Head of Wordings
**Exciting Opportunity with a Growing London Market Insurer**

- Salary: circa £130,000 plus package

I'm working with a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation seeking a Head of Wordings to join their evolving team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building a new culture from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have strong breath of wordings experience, from policy wording to binder and reinsurance. You will need to have the skill and ability to draft bespoke wordings from scratch as well as adapt and tailor standard wordings to suit a variety of risks across multiple classes of business.
You’ll work closely with C-suite executives, contributing to strategic decisions, while also supporting underwriters in winning business by providing expert technical guidance, whilst interacting with brokers and reinsurers.
