Please note this is a mid-level position.
🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
Affiliate Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our affiliate network on CJ, ensuring seamless operations across the UK market and select international markets.

- Negotiate commercial terms and exposure opportunities with key affiliates to maximize visibility and revenue within budget constraints.
Partnerships Development:
- Lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of performance-driven partnerships such as marketplace campaigns, brand partnerships and more. Focusing on UK-based and international brands, particularly those in DE/FR where applicable.
- Develop and deliver offline partnership initiatives across various media, including inserts, print, email, and other acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce and optimize marketing assets tailored to partnership campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Insights:
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across our partners, delivering data-driven forecasts wherever possible.
- Leverage data to continuously refine and improve strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and keeping a performance-first mindset.
- Report back on campaign and channel performance, providing actionable insights to the wider marketing team and senior leadership.
- Use relevant tools, concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Support the team on sophisticating our reporting solutions with a detail-oriented approach.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead strategy across channels, especially affiliate marketing, balancing growth goals and brand-building.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others when necessary.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative, results-focused culture.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to align affiliate and partnership activities with broader marketing and business goals.
