Brown's Hotel is London's first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1832. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. Located in Mayfair, we are just moments away from the famed Bond Street boutiques, Dover Street Market, The Royal Academy of Arts and many independent art galleries.

Your key responsibilities
Join Adam Byatt, our Chef Director, and a talented team of chefs passionate about fresh seasonal produce. With expertise in international cuisines and luxury dining, you'll bring exceptional culinary skills and the ability to work independently in a busy kitchen.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Lead an outstanding team by setting high standards, provide guidance and development opportunities in order to achieve consistently high levels of service
- Ensure the department consistently delivers service standards
- Take ownership and responsibility for team results and day-to-day operations
- Support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in driving for performance and business results
- Seek opportunities to learn and to develop others
- Be knowledgeable of our markets, competitors and business model
- Provide input into workforce planning and recruitment activities
