You'll provide frontline support to enterprise customers and collaborate with our internal teams to address customer challenges.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
\n

\n
• Providing direct & exceptional customer support to address their technical inquiries and challenges.
\n
• Resolving technical issues - serving as an SME on both products and support processes.
\n
• Owning incident response.
\n

To be successful in this role you will:
\n

\n
• Have experience working directly with customers in a technical support engineer capacity.
\n
• Understand fundamental customer support principles, including customer effort reduction, issue ownership, and intra-team communication.
\n
• Possess a good understanding of: virtual machines, Kubernetes, distributed storage, networking, Linux administration.
\n
• Demonstrate understanding of networks, DNS, Routing, Load balancing, Firewalls, and key protocols like SSL/TLS and TCP/IP.
\n
• Demonstrate ability to communicate professionally with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders
\n
• Demonstrate aptitude for building trusted relationships with customers and team members
\n
• Have experience troubleshooting networking issues using standard tools like MTR, tcpdump, and nmap.
\n
