Head of Enterprise Solutions Delivery

Experteer Overview Head of Enterprise Solutions Delivery leads the PMO for end-to-end delivery of Connectivity, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN solutions at scale for enterprise customers. You will govern delivery, manage risks, and partner with Sales, Pre-Sales and external tech partners to enable cost recovery and growth. The role is customer-facing and requires building scalable PMO frameworks and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with high customer satisfaction. Pay / Benefits

• Lead planning, governance and delivery of large-scale B2B deployment programmes (Connectivity, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN) Provide executive assurance and reporting to senior customer and partner stakeholders Manage delivery risks, dependencies and performance to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes Act as senior escalation point for delivery issues Maintain engagement with Comcast and other technology partners for SD-WAN integration Lead and develop a team of five Project Managers; embed PMO governance and methodologies Promote accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across delivery teams Ensure clear ownership of milestones, financials and customer outcomes Collaborate with Provisioning Enablement, Engineering, Pre-Sales and Sales for proposals and resource alignment Support sales bids and identify opportunities for service enhancement; provide visibility on performance and risks Tasks Extensive experience leading complex, multi-site B2B delivery programmes in telecoms or network services Proven track record delivering connectivity, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN at enterprise scale Strong leadership experience managing teams of Project Managers or Programme Leads Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication Ability to manage commercial and operational performance within cost-recovered or P&L-accountable functions Strong planning, governance and risk management skills Experience establishing or maturing PMO functions in scaling or transforming businesses Key requirements free Sky TV or NOW package pension with up to 9% employer contribution private healthcare with mental health support Digital GP and dental insurance discounts on Sky products Sharesave and Tech schemes
