Looking for a Reviewing officer – Unqualified social worker.
However qualified social workers especially newly qualified who wish to apply are welcome to apply.
However willing to have a qualified social worker with no post qualifying experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To complete Reviews people with LD living at home with a care package
• Residential and Nursing placements
• Supported living placements
• Shared Lives
OR
• To work within the Duty Team consisting (social worker and manager(Senior Practitioner) to complete the following
• Answering phone and actioning appropriately
• Receiving and sending emails and actioning appropriately.
• Recording on telephone and email conversations Data base
• Making referrals to other agencies and other team within the organisation such brokerage, Finance Team, appointeeship, safeguarding team
