Commercial Property Paralegal
A leading UK Top 200 law firm is looking for a proactive Commercial Property Paralegal to join its growing Real Estate team. Known for combining the quality and resources of a large firm with the approachability of a smaller practice, the firm offers a collaborative culture and real opportunities for development.
The Role You’ll support lawyers on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Drafting and reviewing leases, contracts, licences, and CPSEs
- Title review, property searches, and due diligence
- Land Registry and Companies House filings
- SDLT returns and completion statements
- Legal research and document bundling
- Supporting billing, admin, and client communication
- Assisting with business development (e.g. blogs, articles)
- 1+ year’s experience as a paralegal (ideally in commercial property)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator and team player
- Able to manage deadlines and work proactively
- Good understanding of property law and legal processes
