The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner to join their flourishing West End office.

• This role could prove to be the perfect stepping stone into partnership. The firm are willing to consider an ambitious senior solicitor looking for a step up.
• The Residential Property / Conveyancing department is currently very busy, and as such they are looking to make this new hire.
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work, the firm has strong relationships with estate agents and brokers built up over decades.
• The caseload will include but not be limited to; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and lease extensions.
• You will be commercially minded and have first class communication skills
• You should be a rain maker and used to developing client relationships and building new work streams
• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE + (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
