Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, following menu guidelines

Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls

Support senior chefs with prep, service, and daily operations

Adapt quickly to new environments and procedures

Ensure compliance with safeguarding and site-specific requirements

⭐ Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis stepping up

Enhanced DBS certificate (issued within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain one

Strong understanding of food hygiene (Level 2+ Food Safety preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Flexibility to take on short-notice or varied shift patterns
