Are you passionate about education and sports? Do you have the confidence and energy to make a meaningful impact across two vibrant school communities? Hasmonean Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a dynamic Cover Person and Sports Coach to support teaching and learning while championing physical activity and teamwork at our Boys' and Girls' Schools. Your role will include

• Collaborating with our Cover Supervisor to provide high-quality classroom cover across both schools.
• Maintaining strong standards of behaviour and learning when staff are absent.
• Assisting with attendance duties as needed.
• Supporting the Standards Teams during non-cover periods.
• Leading lunchtime and after-school sports clubs.
• Coordinating and managing sporting fixtures and events.

We're looking for someone who is

• Authoritative, dependable, and a strong team player.
• Organised, flexible, and reliable under pressure.
• Skilled in interpersonal communication and confident in managing students.
• Experienced in classroom cover (advantageous).
• Punctual, proactive, and IT-competent.
