We are looking for talented therapists to join our rapidly expanding Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) across London and the surrounding areas.

What You'll Do
As a Words First Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT), you'll develop and deliver tailored speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of children across mainstream primary, secondary, and specialist settings. You'll work at Universal, Targeted, and Specialist levels, supporting between 1 and 4 schools—all within a reasonable commute from your location. Plus, enjoy one full day every other week to work from home on caseload management, research, and planning!

Who We're Looking For
We're searching for passionate, driven, and reliable individuals who are:
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Excited to collaborate within an MDT and learn from peers
- Adaptable, patient, and empathetic in their approach
- Experienced in working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Skilled in report writing, with at least one year of experience as a paediatric speech and language therapist
Minimum Requirements:
- HCPC-approved Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Speech and Language Therapy
- Full HCPC registration or in the process of registration
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (covered by Words First)
