Digital Content Manager
Job Description
We’re partnering with a leading organisation within the UK financial services sector to recruit a Digital Content Manager to join their Digital & Content team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a digital specialist with strong website management and analytics experience who enjoys improving user journeys and driving high-quality digital content.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of the organisation’s digital platforms, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, on-brand and engaging.
You’ll work closely with content and marketing teams to improve website performance, optimise digital journeys and deliver insights that enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the operational delivery of the organisation’s website and support its digital strategy
• Conduct website content audits and implement SEO improvements
• Perform regular QA across web content, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness
• Own and develop the organisation’s intranet platform
• Produce analytics reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise website-to-CRM journeys
• Act as the central point of contact for digital requests across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
• Experience managing websites using Drupal (Essential) and WordPress
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
• Understanding of UX, SEO best practices, accessibility (WCAG) and basic HTML/CSS
• Experience with CRM-integrated marketing tools such as ClickDimensions or similar EMS
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
