Role – We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Security Operations (SecOps) capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will architect and implement solutions that strengthen cyber resilience and operational security across complex enterprise environments. You will work at the intersection of cybersecurity, platform engineering, and enterprise architecture to build integrated, automated security workflows that support modern security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the ServiceNow SecOps architecture across modules including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance .
• Design and deliver integrations between ServiceNow and cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms, threat intelligence feeds, and CMDB.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT operations, and engineering teams to design secure workflows for incident response, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation .
• Lead platform strategy and define the roadmap for ServiceNow SecOps capabilities across the organisation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards .
• Drive automation and orchestration across security processes to improve detection, response, and remediation times.
• Provide architectural governance and best practices across implementation and delivery teams.
• Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and implementation teams to ensure high-quality platform delivery.

Key Skills

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on delivery experience across SecOps and/or IRM modules .
• Deep understanding of security operations processes , including incident response and vulnerability lifecycle management.
• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow workflows, scripting, CMDB, Discovery, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server) .
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party cybersecurity platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, and endpoint security tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across security leadership, IT teams, and enterprise architects .
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and resilience-focused regulatory requirements.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications , such as Certified Implementation Specialist – SecOps .
