BIM Coordinator for global architectural practice
The Company:
This global design studio is at the forefront of architectural innovation, with multiple offices worldwide. Their diverse team of well over 100 professionals has successfully delivered numerous projects across the world including some truly iconic buildings along the way.
They are now seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their inhouse Design Technology Team based in truly amazing London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and work within a collaborative, international studio environment.
The Role:
- Support architectural teams in BIM workflows, especially using Autodesk Revit.
- Provide technical support and report to the BIM Manager.
- Assist with project setup, model maintenance, BIM documentation, and coordination.
- Monitor BIM model performance and quality, ensuring alignment with their standards.
- Identify training needs and contribute to workflow improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Revit exam-based certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related tools.
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Navisworks, and legacy CAD applications.
- Experience in clash detection and BIM QA processes.
- Familiarity with Common Data Environment practices.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and collaborative working style.
