Join JCA as a Deputy Engineering Manager to lead mechanical maintenance across multiple hospital sites. You’ll manage critical systems like ventilation, steam, pressure, and medical gases, ensuring safety, compliance with HTM standards, and operational excellence.

JCA delivers engineering services and construction for high-performance, mission-critical environments. This role focuses on safe, efficient mechanical maintenance, client relationship management, and service growth within healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planned/reactive mechanical maintenance and contractor management

• Ensure compliance with statutory and HTM regulations

• Maintain documentation and support audits and financial controls

• Build strong client relationships and identify new work opportunities

Requirements:

• HNC/ONC in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Solid knowledge of healthcare mechanical systems and HTMs

• Experience supervising maintenance in critical environments, preferably healthcare

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems

• Strong leadership, communication, and contractor management skills

• FMH
