Commercial Legal Operations and Governance Lead
Key Responsibilities:
The Legal Operations Associate will act as the central point of control for legal and corporate processes across a complex group structure. Responsibilities will include:- Ownership of company secretarial and statutory compliance across multiple UK entities
- Management of Companies House filings, statutory registers and corporate records
- Legal documentation and contract management across the group
- Supporting entity formations, restructurings and corporate structuring initiatives
- Transaction support on financings, restructurings and related corporate activity
- Coordination with finance teams to ensure alignment between legal records, filings and accounts
- Maintenance of accurate, well-organised legal and corporate documentation
- All statutory filings and corporate records are accurate, complete and on time
- Legal and corporate structures across the group are clean and well-maintained
- Contracts and legal documentation are consistently in place and easy to retrieve
- Transactions are supported efficiently with minimal operational friction
