The Opportunity
Wayman Education is urgently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Maths Teacher for an immediate start at a thriving secondary school in Hounslow . This is a critical appointment for a department that prides itself on strong results and a collaborative approach to solving the UK’s numeracy challenges.
The Role
With an immediate requirement, you will take over a full timetable across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) . The school is looking for a specialist who can deliver clear, logical, and engaging lessons, helping students of all abilities gain confidence in their mathematical skills during this pivotal part of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Teach all core areas of Mathematics, including Number, Algebra, Ratio, Geometry, Probability, and Statistics.
GCSE Support: Provide urgent intervention and exam preparation for Year 11 students, focusing on problem-solving strategies and non-calculator fluency.
Differentiation: Adapt lessons to challenge high-attaining students while supporting those with SEN or EAL needs in a diverse Hounslow classroom.
Data Tracking: Use the school’s assessment systems to identify learning gaps and implement "catch-up" strategies immediately.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
