IT Manager

On offer is a competitive salary between £50,000 to £60,0000 dependant on skills, knowledge and experience, bonus, and benefits package.This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for delivering and maintaining a business-led IT strategy that empowers every part of Kura's operations. - Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Strong background in IT strategy development, service management, and supplier governance.
- Deep understanding of business systems, IT infrastructure, cyber security, and emerging technologies.
- Track record of leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Commercially astute with experience in IT budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead change and deliver results. Salary up to £60,000 DOE + employee benefits
