👊 The Role
We’re looking for an Social Media Manager with a track record in writing for humorous accounts, creating and ideating brilliant tongue-in-cheek or laugh out loud content, or even a bit of sketch writing. We need a creative trailblazer who can turn our clients' socials into the best in the industry.
Think Big, Think Bold ; ideate and collaborate on creative concepts and copywriting that stop people from scrolling and have people shouting about their love for the brand’s Social Media Manager.
✍️ Copywriting: write killer copy that’s cheeky, charming, and always on point with our client’s unique tone of voice
📱 Socially savvy: you will be native on all social platforms (particularly TikTok and Instagram), and be able to jump on the right trends for your client in a timely manner
👥 Proactive client development: support the Client Partner in identifying opportunities for upselling
💬 Communication: you will be able to work with your wider agency team to ensure content ladders up to client objectives
👥 People Management: you will have previous experience in managing teams, and be confident delegating tasks
📊 Reporting: you will be able to monitor the performance of our content, provide context and insight from what you see on the platforms and tell clear stories back to the agency and clients
📅 What You’ll Do
Partner with social creatives on concepting planned content for the month ahead, as well as being responsible for concepting reactive content
Experience writing comedy sketches or copyright in a humorous Tone of Voice
Responsible for taking any local market assets to legal for approval and ensuring you have all relevant client sign off before scheduling content
Responsible for putting together, and keeping up-to-date an accurate and coherent content calendar for all social platforms
Jump on and recommend trends or cultural moments for the brand to activate around potential concepts these could be
Work with other members of the social media team to ensure all content is scheduled accurately and in a timely manner
Work with the engagement team to pull out social listening which would be relevant to monthly content planning
Work closely with your wider agency team to ensure content is aligned to the social strategy and business objectives
Attend status meetings with the client to ensure content is reviewed as effectively as possible
Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting - able to provide performance insights and actionable recommendations
Create low level creative assets, supporting the creative team and have an ability to shoot low-fi content.

Outstanding copywriting skills
A TikTok and Instagram native - always in touch with the latest trends
Ability to concept reactive and proactive content
Confident in using scheduling and insight tools such as Sprinklr
Fantastic attention to detail
A curious, proactive approach with a can-do attitude
Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to juggle several tasks at once
Excellent communication skills - confident communicating with stakeholders at different seniority levels
Can demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams
Competent in using Powerpoint and full Google Suite of Apps
Experience 🌟
2+ years in social media management
Experience working for multi-market clients preferred, but not required
Up-to-date and current knowledge of social platforms and social media trends
Wide range of experience using and creating content for TikTok and Instagram
Solid experience with scheduling tools and insight tools
