Kitchen Manager, Lebanese Cuisine | Daytime Shifts, No Evenings!
Looking for a Chef to Lead a Lebanese Kitchen. This is a Kitchen Manager role with great hours and a chance to get involved in both Main Kitchen and the Bakery. We need a Chef to lead a kitchen team of 5-6 Chefs in Westminster, London .

Your Role as Our Kitchen Manager
You’ll be in charge of our kitchen, making sure everything runs smoothly and the food is top-notch. As our Kitchen Manager , you’ll:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including bakers and assistants.
- Keep the kitchen spotless and make sure food safety rules are always followed.
- Oversee all the cooking and baking, making sure everything tastes consistently great.
- Keep food quality and presentation high for our customers.
- Work with the team to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
- Handle inventory, ordering ingredients, and cutting down on waste.
What We’re Looking For
We need a proactive and skilled Chef who’s ready to lead. You should have:
- Experience with Lebanese / Middle eastern foods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- The ability to work well in a busy environment in Westminster, London .
