Telesales operative
My client is a dynamic and growing company specialising in Commercial Property. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Telesales Operative to join our team.
Job Description: As a Telesales Operative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by qualifying leads and passing them onto the sales team. This is a client-facing role that requires a clear and confident speaker with an excellent telephone manner. You will be well-spoken and dressed in smart office attire, representing our company with professionalism and poise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to qualify leads.
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Gather and verify information from clients to assess their needs.
- Pass qualified leads onto the sales team for further follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for lead qualification.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a telesales or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Clear and confident speaker with excellent telephone manner.
- Well-spoken and able to communicate effectively with clients.
- Professional appearance and adherence to smart office attire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
