Position Overview:

The Night Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the night cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of client facilities. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and direct a team of night cleaners, providing guidance and training as needed

- Conduct regular inspections of client facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met

- Create and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all assigned sites

- Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available for the cleaning team

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed

- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts within the cleaning team

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies

- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards

- Ability to work nights,
