About the Role:

2 Days a week - 5 hours a day

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant / Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who also enjoys engaging with people and supporting recruitment activities.

You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while also helping to source and coordinate talent for our growing team or clients. Flexibility, initiative, and attention to detail are key in this varied and rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

* Provide general administrative support including data entry, email correspondence, and document preparation

* Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems

* Assist with scheduling meetings, diary management, and reminders

Recruitment Duties:

* Assist with drafting and posting job adverts across platforms

* Screen CVs and schedule interviews

* Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process

* Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records

* Liaise with hiring managers or clients to understand hiring needs

About You:

* Previous experience in administration or recruitment preferred

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online recruitment tools

* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

* Must be confident working independently as well as part of a team
