YouTube Channel Coordinator

Hasbro
London

Hasbro European Services provides various services to Hasbro business units in Europe and the Middle East and Africa.

As our YouTube Channel Coordinator , you will support the growth and day-to-day operations of YouTube channels for globally recognized brands, including Peppa Pig, Transformers, and My Little Pony.

This position is located within our Hasbro Entertainment division, specifically in the YouTube & AVOD department. The role is based at our Capper Street offices in London. It follows a hybrid working model, with required in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while offering flexibility for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

This role combines video editing, artwork creation, and channel programming with an emphasis on creative execution and operational precision. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills and a strong passion for kids’ content. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring our channels are visually exciting, editorially on-brand, and efficiently run across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Deliver scalable, re-packaged content and bespoke creative edits, such as Interactive Shorts and Thematic Compilations, using existing brand assets.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorms, suggesting new data-backed concepts identified through the content.
  • Edit and re-version high-quality video content (compilations, highlight reels, shorts) from existing assets.
  • Create visually engaging thumbnails, overlays, and YouTube artwork.
  • Deliver content in multiple aspect ratios (including vertical) and formats optimized for YouTube and Shorts.
  • Batch edit and export assets using workflow automation where possible.

Channel Coordination:

  • Launch new YouTube channels for Hasbro brands in global markets.
  • Program uploads into the content calendar with compelling metadata, SEO-optimized copy, and consistent visual branding.
  • Support localisation workflows: audio swaps, VO syncing, and metadata inputs for regional versions.
  • Help maintain channel hygiene and alignment with YouTube’s latest platform features and best practices.

Quality & Workflow Management:

  • Conduct QC checks on all video outputs, ensuring alignment with global delivery specs and brand standards.
  • Monitor asset performance and provide input on creative optimizations to enhance audience engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and production teams to ensure cohesive and strategic video output.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Key Competencies required:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects is a bonus.
  • Workflow Savvy: Comfortable with batch exports, presets, and automated processes for scaling output.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented: Eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency, with high attention to detail.
  • Highly Organized: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines, and maintain structured workflows.
  • Collaborative: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments and stakeholders.
  • Passionate About Brands & Audiences: Especially children’s entertainment and YouTube’s evolving creator landscape.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and oral); additional languages are a plus for supporting localisation.

We Play to Win with our Leadership Principles:

  • Knowing is Half the Battle
  • Break the Mold
  • Take Charge
  • Be Legendary
  • Friendship is Magic
  • Matrix of Leadership
