Job Description

At ibis London Greenwich , we’re more than just a hotel. We’re a vibrant, welcoming space where personality and professionalism go hand in hand. We’re currently looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team and deliver exceptional service to guests around the clock.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering a warm and efficient welcome to late arrivals and handling night check-ins and check-outs
Managing night audit procedures and end-of-day reporting
Responding to guest requests with a positive, can-do attitude
Ensuring guest safety and security, including regular floor walks and handling any incidents
Supporting with light cleaning, breakfast prep, or bar service if needed
Preparing the hotel for the morning handover with a clear and organised approach

Qualifications

Previous hotel or front office experience is great, but we’ll provide full training
Someone who is calm under pressure, organised, and happy to work independently
A natural communicator with great attention to detail
Comfortable with technology and confident using a laptop (training provided)
Flexible and reliable, with availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
