Associate - Relationship Management

Skills And Competencies
- Strong analytical and research skills

- Fluent in English. Additional European languages would be advantageous
Education
- Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
The Associate - Relationship Management works closely with experienced Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned regions/lines of business.
- Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
- Provide crucial sales support to ensure premium customer service delivery
- Prepare materials for customer meetings and support with meeting follow ups.
- Complete sales process admin in Salesforce
- Research and market intelligence
- Support promotion of Moody’s offerings and thought leadership in the sustainable finance market and other evolving risk areas
- Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
- Direct customer interaction
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Billing/Collections team
- Actively contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives/campaigns
- Support and train other team members and new joiners
About the Team
The Relationship Management Associate team is part of the Relationship Management team within Commercial, operating from both Vilnius and London. This dynamic team collaborates closely with Relationship Managers spread across the EMEA region. The Relationship Management Associates team not only enhances the efficiency of the Relationship Managers but also gains the unique opportunity to work directly with customers, engage with different business lines, and contribute to internal projects. This arrangement fosters a rich environment for cross-functional collaboration and professional growth, placing the team at the heart of Moody’s Ratings’ customer engagement strategy.
