ASD Tutor: Based in London, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Tutor to support a KS1 student with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and PDA. This role begins in September and offers 30 hours per week of meaningful, one-to-one teaching based in London. About the ASD Tutor role: Provide one-to-one tuition across the KS1 curriculum in a nurturing and flexible way. Based in London in a non-school setting Plan and deliver personalised lessons tailored to the student's individual needs, interests, and learning style. The PDA tutor will need to adapt resources to suit the student Build a trusting relationship that encourages engagement About the ASD tutor tuition Based in London, The student is autistic with a PDA profile, meaning they experience high anxiety around everyday demands and require a flexible, relationship-based approach. They thrive best when learning feels collaborative, low-demand, and emotionally safe. Ideal ASD tutor: Experience working with SEN children, particularly those with autism (ASD) Confident in planning and adapting lessons in line with KS1 learning objectives. Calm, empathetic, and responsive to the child's needs and cues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ASD tutor requirements: Experience in SEN, tutoring, or teaching (particularly with autism). Good understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
