Over the past year, something unexpected and exciting happened. Alongside our core brand work, we started helping professionals from a wide range of backgrounds build their personal brands and the results were extraordinary. We've now worked with 20+ individuals, grown audiences from scratch and created real commercial impact. The demand hasn't stopped growing.

We think no brand owns creative content in the way that they should, and that comes down to how the marketing industry thinks about what creative content actually is.

So, we are launching a new business built on the back of our track record in scaling personal brands. Yes, we are primarily talking about LinkedIn posts, but this role has the potential to be working on podcasts, multi-channel content and bringing someone's full personal brand to life. You'll have the credibility and support of an established agency behind you, with the energy and ownership of a startup.

That's where you come in.

We need a copywriter who is really curious about humans, can adopt the tone of voice of both people and brands. This role is part copywriter, part therapist, part account manager.

This is so much more than being a ghostwriter…We're looking for someone who is fascinated by people – someone who can sit down with a lawyer, a tech founder, a retail CEO, or a creative director and find the angle that makes them genuinely interesting. Someone who asks great questions, listens carefully and turns what they hear into content that resonates. The subject matter will shift with every client. Your job is to find the human thread running through all of it.

You don't need years of experience. But you do need to have the instincts.

You will...

• Work closely with clients to understand their story, point of view and what they want to be known for.

• Write LinkedIn content in their voice: long-form pieces or short-form copy that sounds like a person, not a press release.

• Help develop the broader personal brand strategy: tone of voice, content pillars, channel approach.

• Support the launch and production of other content formats as we grow – including podcasts and other social channels.

• Own client relationships: regular calls, briefing sessions, handling feedback, keeping momentum.

• Track what's working, learn from what isn't and keep evolving each client's approach.

• Bring ideas, energy and initiative to a team building something genuinely new.

• You're a strong, adaptable writer who can shift voice and tone entirely depending on who you're writing for.

• You're a great listener. You pick up on the things people say in passing and recognise when something is actually the story.

• You're hungry and self-starting. You want to help build something from the ground up, not coast in an established role.

• You're proactive and organised. Multiple clients, multiple voices, multiple deadlines - you stay on top of it all without dropping a thing.
