Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations? GuestReady is seeking a highly motivated Operations Executive Intern to join our London team!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage cleaning schedules and linen inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning teams efficiently.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and operational challenges.
• Utilize tech tools for scheduling and inventory tracking.
• Work in the field to oversee operations and resolve issues in real time.

• Tech-savvy , and comfortable with scheduling tools and spreadsheets.

• Excellent communication skills and empathy to work effectively with teams.
• Fluent in English .
