The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for someone aspiring to launch their career in marketing and content creation. This is an entry level position idea for someone with a passion for marketing and communication. 

As a Marketing Assistant / Content Creator, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Executive to develop and deliver a comprehensive program of written, visual, and video marketing content. Your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation : Developing engaging content to showcase our services, people, and impact, including white papers, case studies, and award nominations.

Website Administration : Drafting and publishing website updates using WordPress, and work on improving SEO/AI rankings.

Event Support : Assist in managing event attendance, from venue research to social media promotion and lead generation.

Operational Reporting : Ensure all marketing leads are logged in our CRM system and produce monthly reports on marketing performance.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this position here are a few of the things we'll be looking for

Key Skills : Excellent attention to detail and fantastic communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Design and copywriting skills would be beneficial.

Experience : This is an entry level position however any previous experience in a commercial marketing role would be useful. Experience with AI-supported copywriting, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, WordPress, and LinkedIn as a B2B marketing tool is also desirable.

Personality : We are looking for a proactive, creative team player with a collaborative approach and a passion for learning and development.
