Executive Producer / UK Representative

Company: Compass Rose Location: London, UK Start Date: ASAP Salary: DOE Working pattern: Depends on the candidate This is a senior, relationship-driven role combining international production expertise, client advisory, and business development. The ideal candidate will act as the UK face of Compass Rose, building and maintaining relationships with UK production companies, while helping guide projects creatively and strategically across our international network. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone with strong production intelligence, excellent instincts, and a genuine understanding of how international production works creatively, logistically, and financially. Responsibilities

• Acting as the main UK representative for Compass Rose
• Building and maintaining relationships with UK production companies, agencies, and creatives
• Advising clients on international production approaches, locations, and production strategy
• Connecting projects with the most suitable production solutions across the Compass Rose network
• Acting as a liaison between UK clients and our international service production companies.
• Supporting bidding, budgeting, and production strategy across multiple territories
• Helping clients navigate complex international productions in a calm, solutions-focused way
• Attending industry events, festivals, and client meetings in the UK and internationally
• Supporting Compass Rose partner companies with arranging meetings and industry introductions during their UK visits
• Assisting with the organisation of Compass Rose events and networking initiatives in the UK

Ideal Experience

• Excellent understanding of international production and service production
• Existing relationships within the UK production landscape
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Comfortable discussing budgets, production strategy, and creative solutions
• Calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• Interest in international filmmaking, creative problem-solving, and production innovation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with an international team
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
